Meet Our Organization and Career Coaches
Mary Griskewicz, President
Mary, an Organization and Career Management coach for over 17 years, has assisted many clients to meet their specific business needs and career ambitions. Mary holds a BA from Central Connecticut State College and an MS in Industrial Relations from the University of New Haven. She has demonstrated career success with global companies including Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Aetna, CIGNA, GE, and private consulting firms. Mary has significant experience as a trainer, mentor, program/project director, and business process and strategy engineer.
